• Production method ; 24 months in new to two year old French and American oak
• Tasting note ; Dark cherry red in colour with purple hues. This Coonawarra Shiraz is characteristically rich with aromas of spicy red fruit, white pepper, liquorice, and rhubarb. It is intense with lifted savoury tones but at the same time, the palate is soft and round with nice berry fruit concentration. A full wine with lots of body and spice, it gets better as you savour each sip and leave it in the glass.

【個人的な感想】★★★★☆
ミディアム～フルボディ、 フルーティで酸味はやや強め。樽の香りがじわじわただよってくる。食事と共にすいすい飲めてしまうおいしいワインでした。

• Serving suggestions ; Well-matched for the flavors of chicken, red meat, fish, lamb, pork, pastas, stews or well-aged cheeses.

空気に触れると口当たりがやわらかくなる。やわらかい酸味と樽の香り。 甘みが少ないので幅広くさまざまな料理とも相性がよさそう。
